The first step is to understand you as an organization and to that end we ask questions in the form of one-on-one interviews, Questionnaires designed to gather insights into the way you are currently working. This allows us to map your processes and actions.

Process Adherence

Following on from our fact find, we use the tools of the trade, best in class methodology in combination with experience gained over 30 + years delivering on projects, to identify the underlying aspects that are not efficient or not working as they should and provide the best measurable corrective actions to provide an optimized and sustainable solution. We work through the process in a stepwise manner without bypassing any minor detail to ensure an optimal result.

Communication

We take the time throughout the process to be in constant communication with all the process managers, contributors, and stakeholders. Exploring at each step what is important to them while collecting insights required, providing feedback, providing analysis ensuring a successful provision of a solution for a successful project outcome.

Documentation

All the documentation that is created and provided during the course of the project is done so in a very transparent manner therefore making sure project requirements are fulfilled, to establish traceability and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. These documents come in handy for future projects, resource planning, risk management, governance, and to incorporate changes with ease.

Acceptance

On successful project acceptance, we deliver a Project Acceptance Protocol to ensure a smooth transition allowing for continuity. We stay in touch with the relevant stakeholders for any further developments.
