Where are we?
We start by mapping the scope of work as per your expectations in order to deliver on the ultimate goal for the organization and so define what is to be achieved. Using this as our baseline we map the process, measure actual performance and rank the outcome in order of importance as you see them. eg – lead times, durations, compliance, etc…..

What is not working and why?
Once we have defined and measured the processes as they are, we analyze the root cause of what is not working, by drilling down to the basics of each process and only then do we formulate solutions that best rectifies the specific issue.

How to improve & sustain the outcome
At this stage we will be able to deliver a structured plan to improve the areas of concern as identified in steps 1 & 2. The goal will be to implement the formulated solution, designmeasurable performance monitoring and corrective action plans to sustain the outcome. This includes Project -, Change -,Stakeholder Management, Communication & Reporting, Leading & Mentoring, feedback analysis and Continuous Improvements.
We can either supervise or manage the actual implementation.
